About Us – Cake Designer West Sussex

The Crystal Cake Company is a cake business based in West Sussex, established by cake designer Claire Merritt in 2017. We are a luxury cake business that incorporates your ideas and our style into your unique, bespoke and individual cake. 

The finest quality ingredients are used to freshly bake all of our cakes and for our fillings. This means we can create endless flavour combinations.  

We are passionate about what we do and this is reflected in our attention to detail in each cake we create. We want your cake to be the centre piece of your special occasion and to be remembered by everyone for the look and taste.  

Wedding cake consultations are available for couples to come and meet us, discuss in detail what they would like for their wedding cake and most importantly to try some different flavoured cakes.
